We are one year into the COVID-19 Pandemic and if you are like many of us, you may still be reeling from the dramatic changes you have experienced in your life — at work, with family, and in your community.
Many have experienced trauma and severe isolation, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and some are suffering from illness and loss of life, unemployment, eviction, challenges of home-schooling, lack of access to healthy food and necessities — all of which created an unprecedented wave of behavioral health issues, particularly for adolescents, young adults, and seniors.
As discussions on behavioral health issues are at times avoided in our Asian American culture due to stigma, we hope that you can join us for an informative webinar that will offer advice and tools to help us support the mental health wellness for our family, friends, and loved ones especially during these extremely challenging times.
