Dr. Joseph Yang, the Director of Science and Technology Division of TECO-SF (STSF), finished 9 yeaer term and relocated back to Taiwan at end of May 2012. Nine technical professional organizations includes CBA in the Bay Area were jointly organizing a farewell dinner in honor of Dr. Joseph Yang at Ming’s Villa on May 6, 2012.
The new director officer of TECO, Dr. Wang, invited CBA representatives for a luncheon to celebrate the Moon festival at Joy Restaurant in Foster city on September 23, 2012.
